The development journey will be leveraged through a two years functional rotational program that starts with an induction to MenaBev business model and accelerates to functional job rotations, challenging stretched assignments to acquire technical capability and experience. Associate will further explore their future potential and grow their persona and management attribute through coaching and mentoring.
Our Internship Program at MenaBev will enrich your future. Senior students will join MenaBev Cooperative Training, students are enrolled in an extensive On-Job Training. Our expert’s team will train them and give them hands-on practical experience. During their stay, we rotate them for few weeks as an induction capsule before settling down in their mainstream field.
