Job Description
  • Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule

  • Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions

  • Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays.

  • Obtain best selling position in the account.

  • Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.

  • Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities and source ADR support against these .

  • Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers (CDAs, Promotions, Equipment, etc).

  • Merchandize all accounts to Pepsi standards (Ensure all accounts @ Pepsi standard (3rd Party)

  • · Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.

  • · Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandizing Standards established for the market

  • Track & Measure performance:

  • · Record accurate measures of performance

  • · Participate in problem solving meetings

  • · Perform CDA Compliance audits and Price Surveys

  • · Working Tools – Modern Trade Frontline Selling
